Think about what kind of prostitute he was. He was a "militarystud" kind of prostitute. On top of which, he was working in the White House, coming into daily contact with the business of the White House and the personnel charged with running our government, including Pentagon personnel likely, from time to time, to visit the White House. Again think what role does the military play in our nation's national security? If Guckert was doing military-type prostitution, then I'd surmise there's a strong likelihood for either blackmail or some form of espionage activity which may have or could have become a consequence of his actions. This is especially so since it appeared Guckert was not wealthy and, since he wasn't getting paid much from Talonnews, he could have become susceptinble to either.

It's absurd. If Guckert had been a scandal during the Clinton admin, it would have been topline news for years. The rightwing always blames everything on everyone else, never taking responsibility for anything. Guckert is: 1. ILLEGAL. Prostitution is still illegal. 2. HYPOCRITICAL. The rightwing can't stand the use of expletives and wants to treat homosexuals as less than full citizens. 3. PROPAGANDA. The 'push' questions that Guckert asked Scottie and Georgie were pure propaganda. He even repeated the lie that Limbaugh spouted about Reid and Clinton. The rightwing yet again proves itself to be despicable.
