One nice summer day a lot more years ago than I care to admit, my wife and I were invited by friends to go water skiing with them. My wife was reasonably successful on her maiden voyage, then came my turn... Unfortunately, their boat had a well worn 15 hp motor, and my 280-lb body with no idea what it was doing, made a good anchor that stayed put. When everyone within sight got done laughing their arses off, I swapped places with the driver and have never even looked at water skis since. Damn toys!
