I edited my reference to your asking for a definition of defamatory before I saw your whiney answer.

I am not sure why this particular comment is worse than any of those.

You know how this stuff works. Dave likely gets crap all the time, most of which is just silly stuff. In this case he got this little whining guy who felt so insecure he needed some official support to prove he isn't someplace posting about doing camels (I really can't believe this is even being discussed). Dave read the request and probably felt sorry for the guy and decided that since GZ did technically violate the TOU (like everyone else) and has this whining guy tugging on his shirt, he would just enforce the TOU and hope the thing just dies. There is no real pattern to the thing, no reason behind it. It is just willy-nilly grease in the squeakiest wheel. Crazy.

I used to like this place when it was something of a free-for-all. I miss J.F. Shepherd, and all the numbskulls that are now banned. I don't like too many restrictions, hardly any at all. And I certainly don't like people who whine after throwing stones themselves. But, what they hey. It is just a dang forum - and I gotta go eat. (grin)
