You're a hopeless Pollyanna! Bush has left you with really nothing but fairy tales to cling to. Despite his best attempts to rewrite history, the war was NEVER about freeing the Iraqi people. The history is written, and America doesn't look good in it. We over-reacted to 9/11, and followed an untested reactive warmonger President in attacking a country that wasn't involved for fictional reasons. Those who objected were branded as unpatriotic traitors before a terrified public.
