If you speak as you've done above, even if in retaliation, you are breaking the TOU. If you speak as you have done even once, you are breaking the TOU. The frequency of abominable behavior is irrelevant because an attack against someone only needs occur once to make bad blood flow forever. It does not matter that you've slapped someone fewer times than they have slapped someone else. You are still perpetuating the "harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous ("tortious", "tortoise", etal) or otherwise objectionable" behavior against which you are complaining. Indeed, it does not even matter who struck first because you may have struck in response to a statement that was really not intended as you thought (or the degree to which you responded may have been considered too great by your opponent, causing the opponent to retaliate to make up for the difference). Whatever the case, if you are going to whine, then you ought to be decent in your own behavior. Dave may, of course, do as he wishes because this is a private venue. Nevertheless morally (i.e. logically), neither you nor he has a leg to stand on here. Dave should reprimand you as he has GZ. I am terribly disgusted by this childishness, profoundly disgusted by it. If you are going to fight with the big guys, you ought to be man enough to take the sort of medicine you dish out when it comes your way. If you want to complain to mama, then you at least ought to have the decency to consistently conduct yourself in the manner you wish to be treated. I am really considering what you are whining about here and am quite sincerely baffled by it. You actually took GZ seriously when he claimed you were sending him private notes about your camel sporking exploits. GZ's joke so irritated you that you took pains to have the authorities verify that you sent him no notes about sporking camels (and Dave actually got involved in this nonsense - which is equally baffling). Okay, pal. Have it your way, but in my opinion, this says some weird stuff about you. You would have come out WAAAAY ahead simply by hacking back at GZ as almost always occurs between combatants here. Whining 'Mama, please tell them I never sent a note about having sporked a camel!' is just weird, fella. I am serious here. It's just dang weird.
