rendell is going to run for re-election again.. just a few months ago he was heavy into helping city of philly find money to keep the public transportation going. which has the highest paid workers in the country. funny how he omits money in state budget for public transportation. He knows the state has a short fall in money and also cannot support public transportation in pittsburgh and philadelphia but he avoids it in order to put a tax increase that may hurt him in a re-election. he already increase state income tax the first year of his term.
