Totally agree. We could use it around here (Hot Springs, Boyhood home of Bill Clinton, and Gambling and Prostitution Capital of Arkansas). I think they ought to bury the Little Rock highway. It is unsightly running through the most beautiful countryside in the nation. They even have telephone poles in places. Should be able to do it for a couple billion, the full 50 miles.

The intersection down at Central and Hwy. 270 gets awfully congested when the racetrack lets out. Of course, the track is only running 2 months a year, so it isn't a huge problem most of the year -- still, you'd think it would be good for a billion.

We do have another major traffic problem. Damned highway department put up 4 signal lights where 2 would have done nicely. Maybe half a billion more for a new overpass at Higdon Ferry.

I agree. We red states need some of that blue state money.
