You don't understand the problem. At all.

The problem isn't caused by "Congress looting" ANYTHING. Every nickel that has been borrowed from the trust is evidenced by a United States note. Had this NOT been done, there would have been LESS MONEY available than there is today, since the US Government is paying interest on every last nickel it has borrowed from the trust -- unless you'd rather the money was lent to Japan or Brazil.

Again, you simply do not understand what the problem is. JF is having the same difficulty.
