While it might be similar in kind, the degree is totally disproportionate.

Not that disproportionate when you consider it as a % of GDP.

Also even as a dollar figure Bush is only part of it. Sure he's done the most nominal dollars per year of deficit spending ever, but thats in inflated dollars and in a growing economy.

Edit - Anyway I was generous enough to the anti-Bush viewpoint not just to say Bush was a part of it, but "a big part".
