Thanks for the summery Westi. I've heard of some of those places......others not. Makes me want to go and explore Calif more than I have, which isn't much. We used to winter camp at Manchester State Park out by Point Arena. Also did some winter camping at Bothe-Napa Valley State Park. Did the lunch train thing up valley while we were there......loved that. Been to Santa Barbara and Solvang. Have driven through a few times. Beautiful state, nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there. You can do allot of the things you listed regardless of where you live. Boy...........I haven't been on a horse in ages. ;) M
