Maybe no one believes that a 30% IRR is obtainable. A more realistic evaluation might place the NPV at less than the current market cap.

Good morning Ken, yes, bhmnf news does look good. I missed re-entry, starting to get to busy to pay attention<g>..don't look now, $52/brl oil is back upon us, with a chilly forecasted week ahead..Battoning down the hatches here today, looks like a good ol Nor'easter will be a blow'in in this afternoon<g>.
