Yeah, you're right about that. I saw a bumper sticker bearing double cab 4x4 "Another Democrat for Bush" on one side and "Support Bush and Our Troops" on the other. It was a Social Security geezer (about 10 years older than me - ha ha). I'm thinking "Hmmm. Not a deep thinker are you?" How anyone could have crossed over the SECOND time with him and still try to claim some affinity for "democratic" principles of worker rights and limited corporate power is just beyond me. What does "Support Our Troops" really mean? Shut up and toe the line? I don't have any animosity for the soldier getting shot at on a daily basis! I want him withdrawn so he doesn't get killed in a war for oil. How much more support can one give to someone than the desire to save them from being killed, leaving their wife and kids without a dad?
