However, the Islamists in SA are Sunnis, right? Well, we don't hear much about the oppressed Shia minority in Saudi, so I would assume so. I don't even know how many Shias there are in Saudi. Its interesting...........the Saudi princes don't give those numbers out. Even the CIA doesn't have a breakout for the Shias like it does with other ME countries. The est. is somewhere between 5-10%. Another irony.....one you probably know......the Shiite area along the Gulf is where most of SA's oil is. ted
