In his second term, I think Bush will waste
tax payers money on foreign travel so
that he can promote vague ideas about democracy.
It’s the sort of agenda Condi will like. She’ll travel a lot and she’ll be a center of attention.

Bush should stay at home and focus on domestic matters.
