What bothers me most about voter fraud, is I've never heard of it being prosecuted and I think therein lies the problem.

Washington State is filled with nothing but a bunch of leftists, and leftists are liars. That is why Washington State has its problems. Reform won't happen there and it won't do any good even if it does happen because the liars there will be the folks implementing it.
