No, I don't believe for a minute you are "deaf"! Not, especially when you have been fortifying your constitution with a variety of health-giving stuff that you have even recommended to others in the past. The repetitions of the posts was not intentional. Nothing was implied by the repetitions. I believe they were due to some quirk of Silicon Investor on a day when SI was busy fixing something or other. I am sure you must have come across a similar phenomenon, once in a while, with your reception and dispatch of your personal e-mails. Deep in the cup? No way! I am a teetotaler!
