How else can we produce energy??? Solar, wind, tides, photobacteria, geothermal, or coal??? They're all being pushed to the limits and demand just keeps growing so the rich can drive Hummers and CXTs and fly private jets and have mansions and waste as much energy as they want. Ultimately our energy needs will be solved by nuclear fusion reactors but that is many decades away. Pebble-bed nuclear fission reactors are here and now and produce zero greenhouse gasses. I think Iran is smart to sell their oil to the infidels and develop energy independence for themselves. Vladimer says they are not developing weapons, don't you believe him?
