Agreed.

We cannot use them and we must do our level best to make sure that no more countries acquire the technology. It worries me that countries that lack solid leadership have them and are pursuing them

Don't you think the only reason for a a lessening of resistance is because every time we turn around someone new is developing one? Look how many countries actually have one, and think of the ones we can only guess at.
