I agree with you but to pass a change to SS there will need to be a benefit to those on the lower end of the scale - I believe you and I understand and agree on that. There are several means to an end that would work so the battle then becomes focused on getting our Government to give up control over a block of money that they want up their sleeve. Thats the real battle.

Given the amount he has paid and created in the US in all forms of taxes, charitable donations, job creation and wealth I think one could almost say he no longer owes the US a dime. He's surpassed and amount that many city populations will generate over an entire lifetime. That said, you and I may be the only ones who think that way on SI. I know EXACTLY what you mean and there's merit in what you say. Now, if we had any brains we'd duck to avoid the incoming tomatoes LOL!!
