I am trying to point out that the founding fathers may not have covered inalienable rights as comprehensively as it could have been.

I consider that statement to be absolutely a fundamental right of noble human existence, and I certainly believe it would be an improvement to our existing legal structure to have it codified into our foundational principles of law.

Our society has evolved significantly over the past three hundred years, our ideology has not. Obviously our legal and justice system is not working very well.
