That is convoluted logic. The US Constitution does not say anything about Gay Marriage, about Jews or people of any faith. On the contrary, the US Constitution speaks about the rights of those irrespective of their religion, race, sex or any other preferences. It does not even speak about what constitutes marriage since marriage is a social practice.

What is next, ban the rights of those people who eat shrimps? Why not? what do you think about Arnold running for President? Why not? What is more important; having a person who is fit enough to be President or banning gay marriage.
