The stated intention provided during the Investor Conference Call was that SPRL would be moved directly to AMEX. Subsequent phone conversations indicated that the reasoning was to avoid the expense and duplication of doing and OTCBB-to-AMEX move; as you are aware Sam and Joe are pretty conservative. I've heard some skuttlebutt lately that the folks from Tejas are very much in favor of doing the OTCBB thing as a first step. So, maybe we'll see a change in that direction. Using CYCY-to-ATC as a reference, I would certainly support doing the OTCBB thing first. It should be quicker, easier, and promote the efforts at proving legitimacy to the "..Pinkie Paranoia Crowd..". That would help to broaden the stockholder base; and that would have to be a good thing. It would further reduce the MFMMMM's manipulative impact. John :-) .
