For those of us who are occasional followers of these endless cyberwars, can you help with the cliff notes blurb edition? Is jackmanave = worm06 = Robert Viallasenor? It's little unclear as to which internet alias Zwebner is referring. Has Mr. Zwebner gone to such extreme lengths simply to, as some have argued, silence Roberto Villasenor (allegedly aka the_Worm06)? Has RV acknolwedged, denied, attempted to refute or otherwise defended against the following? As discussed in the audiocast, the First Amendment to the U.S.Constitution provides protection of free speech. This is balanced by the individual's right to protect his or her reputation. The standard requiring that actual malice be involved in the case of alleged defamation of a public figure was established by the U.S. Supreme Court in New York Times v. Sullivan.
