Ok! I am leaping up right now to meet my daughter and son-in-law for breakfast. Early this afternoon I want to show them a townhouse I am considering buying and another house with its first showing at 1.

The townhouse is brand new but is near the train. The train in Kirkwood (the suburb where it is) goes slowly and doesn't blow its whistle and is a part of the Kirkwood-Webster Groves lifestyle. She claims it will lower resale value. In any other city I would agree with that assessment, but not Kirkwood-Webster. Both are old cities within the newer surrounding suburbs and have the Victorian charm of that era.
