i guess my point was. 'IF' congress declared war. (which they didn't) then bush could hav to defend against war crime charges. i will say this. he sure knows how to negotiate like a raging pit bull. FWIW. he sure has good legal advice and he sure knows how to manipulate the system. nobody said he didn't have good advisors. but his pretense sucks. congress should have some balls and stand up to him. u got a budget prob. well take some of the pork away from homeland security. follow the money trail. it doesn't take a rocket scientist. that guy is just way to defensive for me. way too concerned about image. way too much dictator bs for me. but whateveh floats your boat i guess.

congress is just plain gutless Or Congress is dominated by people who have more guts than you do and realize that real change in the world requires that we do something, instead of sit at home with our heads in the sand. Yeah, it takes real guts to pass all pork they've passed in the last 4 years. Actually, I would call that chutzpah. Can't you see......that's exactly how they want reasonable people in this country to think? My cousin is the same way. Mubarak is doing what he's doing to take off the heat and not because he suddenly found religion. Democracy doesn't happen to people because you scared them into it. We best be watching our own democracy here in these disunited states. Are checks and balances are all but gone and we are losing our two party system. Can a dictatorship be far behind? ted
