Haven't seen you in ages... Even I had a good idea he was bluffing. That's how Arab men play the game. I wouldn't limit that characteristic to Arabs. When the US was feeding the UN inspectors with intelligence that always ended up being wrong, I suspected that Saddam was bluffing as well. And when Saddam extended an offer to the US to send in all the CIA personnel the US wanted and the US declined, I suspect the Administration was beginning to wonder [at least] whether Saddam had any WMD. jttmab
