The rules that I previously stated work in any time frame; 5 minute, 30 minute; daily; weekly, monthly.

Use the same tools and methodology that I stated in my previous post and zoom your chart settings to your favorite trading time frame. Normally a day-trader will experience more volatility because he/she works in micro time frames. Swing or day traders have been the slowing replacing day-traders of days gone by and is a slower paced way to trade with less volatility, i.e. less whipsaw.
