Invariably, when people call for advise, they are really looking for validation, else they will look elsewhere. I think only my close brother has ever take my advice about anything. On the other hand, I have benefited quite well in a variety of areas thanks to looking for advice from others. I'm a freak of nature that loves to learn from somebody else's pain. <g>

I agree, I remember people lecturing me about why Qcom and JDSU would keep going up. I am hearing stuff like that now about Real Estate.....Kinda scarry that the same people will get slammed. When I give advise I preface it, by the fact that ive been a Real estate bear since 02 and have been dead wrong-g-
