Most people who consume news are subject to being manipulated. The U.S. is a great example of that. Would you believe that there are citizens who think that President Bus did something wrong or unethical in Florida in 2000? It is shocking that our citizens are manipulated by a press wishing to push a false agenda. People often have their beliefs adjusted by the person speaking in the front of their religious institution.

If not for talk radio saving us from the evil liberal media in the U.S., their Democrat views would always prevail.

In most countries, people use the news inputs to derive an opinion output. If the media wishes to stir trouble in a long relationship as in Turkey, they can do it effectively. Politicians who have no good works to point out have learned that finding a scape goat can help them retain control. This was one of the tools used by the leftist Hitler. He demagogued Jews. Turkey has had a very weak economy for the last several years.

The interesting thing about gratitude is that it is fleeting. What have we done for ????????? lately? People and countries who expect gratitude are foolish.

I would rather be respected than loved. Clinton was loved. President Bush is respected.
