Artificial or is it that Canada and most of the western world just don't buy the B.S that big pharma spews at you guys. You think Bus loads is out of context? Those are working class Americans coming up here. As for Canadians going down there. Sure there are few, but the majority are very well off who do so, so they want everything immediately. Canada is spending an additional 19b over the next few years to correct delays in health care. What is the American Gov. doing about health care in U.S.? Not a whole heck of a lot. You do not like facts, that fine. But when you start Bullshitting about how we treat seniors, then I will call you on it!
