<<why not short the stock if you feel so strongly .>>

Would that not have been better to do before the huge % haircut and before all the negatives hit?

I have no desire to short this stock at all....stocks like this can burn the longs and shorts alike and I prefer to not have any stake in companies embroiled in what looks to be a never ending soap opera....I made a few bucks playing it before and after the last split, but was stopped out of the last of my shares at $20.00, and am glad I was smart with taking my profits and placing the proper stops on what I continued to hold.......it will make large % moves up and large % moves down, depending on the news......but, I have no desire to be on either side at this point in time.

As far as what I feel strongly about....I have no clue what this stock will do...it is far too unpredictable, with far too many things occuring that could effect stock price, good or bad, any day, any hour.......I feel strongly that TASR management is making a huge mistake trying to play the " we are non lethal" game....simple as that...I fail to see their reasoning behind this firm stance and feel strongly the company would be far better off to go ahead and say they can be lethal, have the gov't regulate them like guns, and move forward with SALES and get away from all the negatives.....Just my opinion, of course.....
