Last I checked it was raining at Stevens. The sun has started peeking through here. If I hurry, maybe I can get a walk with the dog in before it changes its mind. Haven't been up to the property for awhile. Spent Saturday at the Home Show and then dinner at Etta's Seafood restaurant. What a great meal we had there. We spent Sunday working in the yard. We figure it will take three more weekends to get everything in shape. We plan on spending all of our free time up at the property once we get a handle on weeds, replacing a section of split rail fence, finishing a little remodel in the greenhouse, and getting a new front door installed. Might take us more than three more weekends, but it's still winter here so we feel like we have plenty of time. We want to take the summer and enjoy the river without feeling like we hadn't tied up some loose ends while we had the chance. Looks like we might be buying some more property up in Index too?????
