In general, yes. The problem isn't that so much as the asymmetrical development that is occurring. The coastal regions are doing well, the interior isn't doing as well. So there is growing friction between the more rural interior of the country and the more industrial, and wealthy, coast. As more and more of the more mobile interior residents move to the opportunities on the coast, that also contributes to problems and dislocations. Not to mention the infrastructure strains on those coastal cities where the most growth is occurring.
