Hi Vendit.

Let me introduce myself this way:

This was a paper trade contest, a while back, here on SI.

Contestants would start with 100k of account. They would then trade the SP00 based on the e-mini chart.

The summary listed there was after 14 days for me. 100k to 1.75 million .. in 14 days.

Crashed and burned later .. when you're hot you're hot ..

The real time trades got posted here:

Yes, now it works.... cute little alarm clocks!

I think you need six or seven more, just to make sure you don't oversleep.

<< A good call on the market today btw. >>>

I think you said it pretty good on your post earlier, and you've said it before: this market wants to go down, and it might waver and head-fake here and there, but in the end it just won't take no for an answer. So rallies will certainly occur, but will be short-lived, and bull traps will abound until this correction has run its course.

So... with that in mind, personally I am short QQQQ and will just hold the position, even in the face of periodic relief rallies.

I think the lesson we are learning here is that it is just too risky to try to time relief rallies with any precision, and trying to do so incurs significant risk.

This is analagous to the situation where a market is in an outright long-term downtrend. Long positions in short-term relief rallies are a sucker's game because the volatilities are working against you, and increase the risk of long trades to an unacceptable degree.
