I DO have the piano music! I have about 50 musicals, some are the real scores that I copied when I did the shows, and some the commercial versions they sell in music stores which are much easier to play. We use these for our martini-musical nights and Phantom is a favorite. I wish you lived next door and could come over for our Broadway nights! Phantom is the commercial version and it's not difficult. Until Ammo took the keyboard to LA, we could use it for the organ sounds. Now I just have to bang real loud and pretend. Imagination does wonderful things for your performance. Trust me on this. And have a martini or two.

In fact, New Year's Eve in Louisville, after a great deal of champagne and chardonnay, we were singing the Phantom song and I drove people from the room with my high C. I was very proud.
Is CHild of the Wilderness the new number they wrote for the movie? Because I haven't integrated that yet into my version of the show. And I didn't like Beyoncé's or whatever her name is version last night on the Oscars, though Webber seemed to like it and I guess he knows. Still I don't see it as part of the show, but I do like Minnie Driver's rendition of it separately.
One of the kids is doing Think of Me for our Broadway recital this spring. I will probably never feel quite the same about it.
