Separate personal accounts is a must, I would say. Unless there is a major reason why not. I always paid the CC bills, my ex could never get around to it. This became a major problem for her after we split.

Amazing.......we've had single checking and savings accounts together for 35 years. We've never fought over what money belongs to whom and just automatically discussed, from the very beginning where we lived together for 5 1/2 years before we got married, how it would be spent.......at least on major purchases.

I have two friends who were divorced specifically because of porn. The problems started with Playboy and Hustler but were manageable. Once the Internet became available it was all over. The guys could hide their magazines allot easier than they could hide their monitors.
