Sergio ALAN: The overhead of the Jones' shares are being delt with..there was a meeting yesterday between ALAN and the prior TSI people. The new TSI people will now control the shares....Jones is out!! Oster (Pres. of TSI) is the man in charge now. Also, there are talks outside of the US for TSI systems...not the Netherlands as discussed in the last Q report. Of course I was not told what country as that would be "inside" and told that I would not want the headache that could cause.. Ken
