He's done his share of drugs but he has some great lyrics and music. Many top artists, musicians and people with huge IQ's have done a great deal of drugs. While it may not be good for them it doesn't discredit their body of work.

Not to get weird on you but read this song. To many people if they only heard it once and didn't read the lyrics they'd think it was a song of blasphemy.
