The statistics establish (see the report from the SS Actuary) that --- as I said --- there is little difference between the races as far as payouts from the program (after factoring for wage differences). Largely because the difference in the AVERAGE age of death is nearly ALL because of higher early childhood and early adult deaths among blacks... before much is paid-in in payroll taxes.
