I don't notice much principle standing hereabouts. I notice the manifestations of outrage. Huh? Nobody's censoring you, but they've got the right to get into a huff. As you yourself have observed, most of the people who post on this thread would be considered oddballs by your social milieu in real life. If one of the people you tend to be at odds with here on PfP was transported to your living room at a cocktail party or tea party with your 3D friends, and stuck to his/her guns, I think a lively little argument would start. In other words, they'd provoke a huff. Gotta run. Hope I didn't provoke a huff. ;^)

I disagree. I believe you are mistaken in those perceptions. Indeed, you have it almost completely incorrect.
