Was the BTK murderer a Muslim. I know Islam and it does not tell you to murder. These Christian evangelicals are spreading hatred against Islam. And to challenge that we have others who are are introducing in our public schools what we call "Islamic appreciation day." Bunch of crap both by the evangelicals and "Islamic ..." proponents. This is where we get to when we fail to separate the state and the church.

Who is ignoring their atrocities? I focus mostly on ours because they are being committed in my name. As a voting american I get painted with the brush of the militaries actions. I will never support the preemptive invasion of another country. I refuse to live in fear that terrorists will do something horrible and therefore I must be ready to behave as atrociously as they do. Never again will I believe our government that a country is such a great threat they must be attacked before they have attacked us. If you say there are weapons of mass destruction, I will be like the state of Missouri, "Show Me"! Then you can attack. But not until you have proof. Not just guesses. Not just shaky intelligence. We must never learn ot live in fear thinking that it is ok to fight an unending war against a shadowy enemy that lives nowhere and everywhere. Starting to day I take back my country from the fear mongering, war mongering feeble minded who can't see any other way out of trouble than to strike their opponent first. Who are not strong enough to recognize their own faults and responsibilities in the actions that are taken against them. As though admitting that would somehow justify crazy men flying a plane into a building filled with innocent people. I will not live in fear and I will be vigilant against threats. Those who can not learn from and rectify the past will be doomed to repeat it. jb
