GNPI...I helped, bought at 2.00 even...it kept coming back up there and working thru the resistance so.......

Bought DFIB at 1.35..way over reaction to the merger news. People only seem to be seeing that they are going to covert DFIB shares at .10 per existing common. It appears to me that Quinton is a good deal for DFIB as they will be getting rid of all of their debt. Interesting that the senior note holders would settle 70mm in debt for 20mm and less than 4mm shares of the new holding company..there must be a kicker in there somewhere. LOL

The short numbers on the NASD site are finally out. ViWes site says that NASD will no longer provide short numbers, but apparently they fibbed. LOL

Anyway, ALAN's short position has decreased by nearly 100k...300k guarenteed buyers sometime within the next 90 days.
