Regardless of how "efficient" Netflix is, the fact is that Blockbuster has the option to use the cash flow generated from its stores to subsidize its online operations and bleed NFLX to death.


Are you sure they have the cash flow to support this? Remember, BBI's Free Cash Flow is only $40m. The real question which will be answered in the future is how badly BBI will be slitting their own throat to enter the on-line video rental market.
