If it was a private letter than that would be an example of how the president felt. Not an example of his public policy. Same with Bush. He said it would be easier if it were a dictatorship...but he really doesn't want a dictator ship. Just full control of both houses, the supreme court, Haliburton, intelligence, torture rules and the patriot act... Orca
