I agree it allows for interpretation. That's why I said "I guess I can live with that", rather than "I support that", and I only went that far because I have a decent level of trust for the current administration here and because I think its very unlikely that I will be found guilty of a pattern of harassment.

If the admins were more random, more biased, or less responsive If wouldn't be ok with it. Also if it was a matter of real law with real legal punishments (prison terms, executions, or even just fines) I would not be ok with it.

Exactly, counselor. And what is the difference between "harassment" and disagreeing with someone except that they complain to Admin?

A very dangerous standard, I'd say.
