Get ready to hear about social security ad nauseum. I'm sure they are planning on beating the drum steadily and by the end if we are not careful, we will be saying "pass something" just to get them to shut up about it. That would be a huge mistake. It reminds me about the campaign for the war in Iraq. It started off the year slowly and steadily and hit full stride in August right before the mid-term elections. It was very effective. Democrats are going to have to be intelligent in order to not get drowned out by the republican noise machine.
