"The store in Jonquiere has been struggling for sometime economically, and in our view the union's demands failed to take into account the fragile condition of the store."

Typical union. Those workers fired themselves.

As I said, the higher the wages, the fewer the jobs.

intimidated??

omigod, you make me laugh...

intimidation has been the stock and trade of union thugs for YEARS...

people like you i find absolutely tedious as you cling to hackneyed ideas and myths...

you obviously have no clue wrt multiplier effect or specialization or comparable advantage....(despite my feeble attempt to educate you)

always looking for powerless "victim"

i think his name btw....is 'eddie willers', and you sir, are a 'robert stadler'

eddie is not fooled by your lame attempts to minimize his contributions....he is not stupid...so much so that he can be intimidated into "voting" against his own best interests....he is in fact a noble contributor to the broader cause of progress, he knows his commitment to the greater good of the company for which he works will lift 'his boat' along with the rest...

he doesn't need your steenkin' union...

he knows if WMT flourishes and prospers....so will he

he's not going to sell that down the river to some idiot union rep....whose real concern is HIS own self preservation, while creating competitive DISadvantage to the employer that supplies eddie's job...

the common man flourishes when great minds are free to develop and execute their business plans without unnecessary encumbrances and impediments....

the eddie willers who are FAR from powerless at WMT understand this...i doubt you ever will, people like you will remain

in your abstract isolation

while atlas shrugs

at you
