UBIT - They could certainly use some improvement in the "..getting things done.." department. I knew Sr. Sam Visaisouk fairly well (..prior to his retirement..), and helped him make some great connections with the engineering and shipyard industries in and round Newport News and Norfolk, VA. He also made some good progress in working with the US Navy, the bridges folks in NY, and HUD, etc. But, the tail end of the bubble-burst and that old pariah of "..terminally acute lackamoney.." has really made things tough. As in most of these company's cases, there must be somebody in the old woodpile who originally invested enough to make (UIBI) UBIT happen. When they get really 'whizzed' enough, perhaps they'll get someone in there with a little Mojo and give them the money needed to make it happen. Rory's failure to pursue the "..boat hull ice-blasting kit.." concept (.. a truck with a blaster in the back, some training, and some referrals to boat yards, etc..) has been really discouraging from my POV. I got them a potential fleet deal with some Ford muckitymucks out of Detroit that I know, but they never produced on the opportunity. Never-the-less, ice-blasting works, and it's got some great applications. Just a matter of time, and maybe a new CEO, it would seem. John :-) .
