Phelps Dodge used to control the Moly market. They have 18%. That is far less than Inco had when the controlled the nickel market. Now Inco no longer controls the world nickel market and as a function of that, the price is higher. What cartels do is drive the price down to a point where no one else can make money. That maintains control.

Other companies have a greater swath of the market.
