These people would not qualify except they are asking for a "stated" income or liar loan. We have to facilitate it under ECOA and Fair lending as long as the income "seems" reasonable.

The banks have many no income no asset no qualifier loans. No one seems to care anymore. I have been in the business for 20 years and now see myself as a facilitator not a helpful person. Career change soon.
